Purchasing Full Coverage ensures your order is protected from shipping issues and return shipping costs are on us. However, Full Coverage does not waive the return policy requirements—items must still meet the return condition standards.
If Full Coverage is not purchased, you are responsible for return shipping. Refund requests for orders without coverage may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the item's condition and processing needs.
